What these terms cover

These terms apply to your use of glovrex.com and of the software that Glovrex (“we”) publishes. By using the site you agree to them.

The software licence

Our software is provided under the Apache License 2.0. That licence governs your use of the software, and these terms do not narrow it. The LICENSE file in each repository is authoritative.

Site content

Unless stated otherwise, the text, figures and images on the site belong to us. Quoting with attribution is welcome. An article first published elsewhere also follows the terms of the original it names.

Acceptable use

• Do not disrupt the site or send automated bulk requests.
• Do not use the site to infringe anyone's rights.
• Security research follows the scope and safe harbour on the security page.

No warranty

The site and the software are provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a purpose, accuracy or continued availability. What the software does not do is stated on the engine page. Nothing on the site is legal, tax or accounting advice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, which for free use is zero. This does not apply to intent or gross negligence on our part, or where the Consumer Contract Act of Japan or another law does not allow the limit.

Paid services

Nothing is sold on this site today. Before any sale starts here we publish the specific terms and the commercial disclosure, and a final confirmation screen shows the quantity, price, payment and delivery timing and cancellation terms before you order. A service offered on its own site is governed by that site's terms.

Third-party links

External services we link to are governed by their own terms.

Termination

We may stop a user's use of the site if it breaches these terms.

Changes

When these terms change, the date at the top changes and the change is listed in the changelog. A material change is announced on this page before it takes effect.

Governing law and court

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The district court with jurisdiction over our principal place of business has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance, without limiting the statutory rights of consumers.
