What Glovrex is

An independent solo + AI studio (Tokyo). Engagements are per-project, with no lock-in. Glovrex is a studio you hire for a defined piece of work — not an employee, and not a long-term contract.

Scope & delivery

The written scope agreed before payment defines what is delivered. Timelines are good-faith estimates; work is delivered within the stated window. Anything outside the agreed scope is a new, separately-quoted item.

How we deliver

We build automations and assistants externally and connect to your tools via scoped, revocable API/OAuth access — we do not require your source code, except where a feature must live inside your product (agreed in writing first, delivered by pull request). You receive a working deliverable plus a walkthrough and runbook; on full payment you own the delivered work and we hand over the repo/access. Your credentials and secrets stay in your own accounts.

Payment

Prices are in USD and handled by Polar (Polar Software Inc.) as Merchant of Record — Polar processes the payment, issues your receipt/invoice, and handles applicable tax. Card details never touch this site. Fixed-price items (e.g. the $1,500 Japan-Readiness Audit) are payable upfront; quote items are scoped by email first. Build engagements are billed 50% to start and 50% on delivery (or by milestone).

Retainers (recurring)

Monthly retainers are billed in advance via Polar and continue until you cancel. You can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current paid month; the current month isn't pro-rated or refunded. The retainer scope is set in writing and adjustable by mutual agreement.

Guarantee & refunds

A 1-month guarantee applies to localization, billing/compliance, AI implementation, and retainer work. If delivered work materially fails the agreed written scope within the guarantee window, Glovrex will fix it or refund the fees for that item. Free items (the Japan-Readiness Map) carry no guarantee.

Ownership

On full payment, you own the delivered work product. Glovrex retains its own pre-existing tools, templates, and general methods, and may reuse non-confidential techniques on other work.

Confidentiality

Your materials are kept confidential. Any public proof or case study uses only publicly-verifiable signals — never your private data — and only with your consent.

Warranty & liability

Beyond the stated guarantee, services are provided "as is." Total liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected item. This is not legal, tax, or accounting advice.
